Help Them Make Sense of What They’re Carrying.

Counselling can give children and teens room to understand what feels hard, find words for what is happening and practise realistic ways forward without pressure to perform.

Anxiety & Confidence

Gentle support for worry, self-doubt and the confidence that has quietly faded.

Youth & Teen Counselling

A quiet space where teens can unpack what they carry without performing okay.

Child Counselling & Play

Play and story give younger children a gentle way to share what feels too big.

Parent & Caregiver Support

Coaching and check-ins so the adults around the child feel steadier too.

Wondering whether Sunny Spot is the right fit? A free 15-minute consultation is a gentle way for prospective new clients to find out.
